“I was very busy with a full time job and needed someone who could come to my apartment and help me get back into shape. I have been working with Orly for over two years now. She kept me active and in shape through my first pregnancy and now she is working with me during my second. Orly has become more than just a trainer for me. She is a close friend who I believe does whatever she can to motivate me and push me to reach my personal fitness goals. “I hired Orly for myself, although she does also train my son when he happens to accompany me to my sessions. I hired Orly so I that I could get back into shape after many years of not working out and neglecting my physical health. Orly has been instrumental in helping me get into great shape. I am the strongest and healthiest that I have ever been. Although I have always been thin and have always watched my weight, I was not physically in shape and I lacked muscle. I am in better shape now than I ever was in my twenties. I can lift heavy weights and run for over 30 minutes which are both things I have not been able to do in many years. Orly changes up my sessions every few weeks so that the sessions don’t become monotonous and boring for me. She creates a new plan every few weeks depending on what body part I want to focus on and also depending on what body part she thinks I need to focus on. Orly has a great attitude and is always encouraging me and providing me with positive feedback. This in turn motivates me to work harder! I would also like to add that Orly is great with children. There are times when my 10 year old son decides to join me for my training session just so that he can spend more time with me. Orly has always been welcoming to my son and even includes him in the workout sessions and keeps him entertained. This is a PLUS!! “I wanted to train with Orly because I know she has a strong background and education in prenatal and post-natal fitness. Her warm and sweet personality is the greatest bonus! Orly has helped me learn safe ways to workout while pregnant. I have learned how to safely breathe and what exercises are appropriate. Orly is incredible at making sure your form is always correct. Orly has inspired me to be want to workout, drink a lot of water, and eat healthy snacks! Orly has a way of making the one hour workout fly by and you have so much fun. She always plays motivating music and knows just when to encourage you! Orly spent a lot of time getting to know me and my body. I hired Orly initially to get back in shape, second time around to get back in shape after delivering my first born. “I hired Orly to lose weight and get fit and tone. She was very professional and made the workout so fun and pleasant. I always looked forward to working out with Orly and highly recommend her. What I gained from this experience is that there’s no such thing as “not having enough time to workout”. It can be done anytime even if you don’t have any equipments. She was always on time and committed. We made it into a group session with my friends. She brought all the materials including the mats.
